BEFORE CALLING TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Please check the following before calling technical support:

  • All user names and passwords must be entered in lower case.
  • Make sure your caps lock is not on.
  • Make sure all server names are spelled correctly
  • If having an Email problem read the section on Email before calling.

Please know the following before calling technical support:

  • Your Operating System (Linux, Macintosh, Windows 98, Windows NT, Windows 2000, Windows XP or Windows Vista)
  • Web Browser Name (Netscape, Internet Explorer, FireFox, etc)
  • Version of your Web Browser
  • Any error messages you have (you might want to write them down to be sure)

The TCT Technical Support staff will be happy to answer any internet related questions you have. We will answer all questions except those that do not relate to the internet (ie cannot get Microsoft Word to print correctly). We also do not provide phone support for hardware problems.
